These hands represent immigrants seeking refuge in America only to find them ensnarled in the rat race of working long hours. The American flag represents the thing that chains our modern society.

Wow this is awesome! Good work. I also love the lines and depth of the hands. It feels real but also a drawing at the same time, which is exactly what I'm looking for when I see realistic art. Awesome job!
