I don't think I've seen graphics like this on TeenInk yet. I just have a couple of problems with it - first off, the picture you chose looks like it chops off the very top of her head, but only slightly, and her hand seems to fade off into nothingness. Really nothing that needs much fixing though. The composition is great, and I love the use of negative space and how it's not just that pink colour - it has some interest in it. If it were just pink, I feel like it would just look very amateur-ish, but just the slight gradient/texture in the back amps it up a lot. Great job! :)
