Some Windows Should Never Be Opened, Mr. Rainey
This most recent drawing of mine is by far, my favorite and best drawing. It took me about four days to make it, and I drew it only at night after all my siblings had gone to bed. No one was aloud to see it until it was done.
In case you haven't guessed it already, this is a drawing of Mort Rainey; one of Johnny Depp's more famous characters. Mr. Rainey is the leading character in the 2004 movie, Secret Window. If you haven't seen it, please do. It may help to explain the title of this drawing. :)
I love Johnny Depp, and that's what inspired this drawing. I've always wanted to draw a picture of him, but they never turned out. So, instead, I tried drawing one of his characters. For a first, Mort Rainey seemed like a good starting drawing, because it wasn't as complex as Jack Sparrow, my fav. I'll get to drawing that when I'm a bit better.
Please, I encourage you to comment and rate this drawing, and all of my others. I also have a few chapters of my new story up, if you would take a few minutes to check those out. Thanks and enjoy!
Big thanks to my sister, my mom and all my friends here on TeenInk for all the tips and support. :)

hehe Yes, I do suppose his glasses are lovable. :) Thanks!
And, come on... who doesn't love throwing a half-eaten bag of Doritos into a desk drawer? XP
Thank you so much! It really helps to get positive feedback. Anyway, this is the only picture I've ever drawn of a real person, and the only one of my drawings that's ever even remotely looked life-like. Thanks again!
God bless.
that is amazing!!! you did such a great job! I can never draw people and have them come out good, or look life-like! I hope to learn soon! :) great job!
God bless
