When I Wake Up

Summary:
In their old age, Alex's health is deteriorating and their life is coming to an end. Even though their memories are fading, they still remember their childhood best friend and hold on to the memories made with her. Their family is in denial about Alex's fate and makes many attempts to give them a reason to stay. Too old and too tired, Alex is ready even though they are terrified. When they finally pass away, they are faced with a surprise that changes everything they thought about death.
