Be Yourself
When you say something, make sure you know what it is, how it will affect people and their lives. Don't put people down, don't make them feel small. Th things you say have an enormous effect on the people around you. The term gay, lesbian, emo, retarded, and a million other things can mean different things to different people. One person may see it as an insult and some may see it as a joke. Others will take it seriously and be really upset by it. There are so many people in the world that are different and take offense to things and terms like that. Be careful what you say; you never know who might be listening and who it might offend...
