Health Benefits to Tea
There are countless amounts of teas in the world, including, herbal, green, black, white, and many more. Tea has many health benefits, and some researchers say that it even helps reduce heart attack and strokes. Tea has less caffeine than coffee, and it has better effects on people; for example, when I started drinking tea about three months ago, I felt more relaxed and ready to start my day in the morning. I feel that if people were to replace coffee with tea, they could see how much it can affect them.
Recently, I went online to purchase some tea from Teavana, a small shop that sells all different types of tea, but little did I know at the moment I would be sucked up into the world of tea. There was tea everything, peppermint, pumpkin, and even chocolate teas. As I read more about the tea I was drinking, I realised how well it was impacting my health. As I researched farther into teas, I came to the conclusion that there was very little downsides of drinking tea.
I believe that more young people should replace coke or coffee with tea. Tea comes in more flavors than coffee or Coke, and, of course, it is extremely better for you. Herbal tea is one of the best tea because it is made from no plants, and if you get the right one, it doesn’t have any sweeteners.
In conclusion, tea is great for everyone and it replacing it with coffee or coke can really affect someone’s life.
