True Colors
I can tell you first hand that it is not worth the scars or the physical pain. Go get help find things that don't make you depressed, things that make you happy. I know that you might not want to talk about it or tell anybody, but if you do it can help and even if you don't trust the person then you don't have to tell them everything just get out how you feel. I'm getting help right now and it is starting to work, but in order to get help you have to be willing to help yourself not others. So be beautiful by being you because no matter how other people say you look you are beautiful. Stay strong and don't give in or listen to the negativity that other people say or do to you. Because it is not worth any of the pain that is being caused.
