Good-Bye
Reading “Good-Bye” made me think of all the men and women who are fighting for our country right now and all of the family members who have had to say good-bye. For every person fighting, there are even more people—family members—anxiously awaiting their loved one’s safe return home. Fortunately, I have never been personally affected by having to say good-bye, like the speaker, but I know many people who have parents and siblings overseas. I can’t even imagine how hard it is to be in that situation.
