Selective Service MAG
Sean M. called for women to be subject to the draft before being considered fully equal to men. Obviously society still believes that women are not equal, since there are women in every field who perform the same tasks but receive less pay. It is still a “man’s world” and the government is still dominated by men. Since the government controls the draft, Sean, why don’t you complain to the men in the government about it?
There are hundreds of women who voluntarily serve their country, so don’t belittle them. They’re in Iraq right now fighting next to men.
I would appreciate you never again stating that women do not fear the draft, because we do. If the draft is reinstated, chances are 99 to one that women will be called to duty. I have often thought about the possibility of getting drafted.
I would appreciate it if you reconsidered your views about women because we are no less than men.
