Solid Gold
“Liquid Happiness” speaks of happiness. It speaks of the kind of elation where you can’t help but giggle at everything and seconds past as hours. The last time I felt like that was in the middle of a crazy lunch period. I couldn’t help but appreciate what great friends I have. I’d known some of them for only two years and I felt like they might as well be family. Surrounded by them, I felt content in all the chaos. I find my happiness in my friends.
Kathleen finds happiness in the sun, in the warmth. Doesn’t everyone feel like that at the end of a gray winter? You know the feeling. You wake up one morning to find that, oh gosh, the snow’s gone and disappeared! You wake up one morning and hear that, oh wow, birds are chirping! You wake up one morning and think that, oh geez, someone needs to turn the heat down! Yes, “Liquid Happiness” speaks of that feeling. “Liquid Happiness” is solid gold.
