Is Life A Joke
I wholeheartedly agree with Rachel in her article "Is Life A Joke." One of the shortest poems, but most moving to me. She says "we are surrounded by people that don't know the meaning of love or forgiveness;" that is completely true, everyone throws around the words, but they have no idea what they mean or the commitments that come with these words. For Example, someone says they forgive a person, than they fight, fist fight. She talks about promises,".. something that should never be broken." I for one have had promise broken more times than i can count on my fingers. Unfortunately, this is our life, at least Rachel gets it.
