Plastic Surgery: An Ugly Trend
I whole-heartedly agree with Melody Bates' article "Plastic Surgery: An Ugly Trend." Society is now dedicating themselves to being beautiful, thriving on looks instead of furthering education. Television shows contribute to this way of thinking by sending false images to people that make them believe that their flaws are abnormal or foreign. Everyone has imperfections, so instead of changing and trying to cover their differances, people should embrace and love themselves for who they are and not how they look.
