'Decoding Klingon'
I highly agree with Amanda and her outlook on customers going through the drive through. Sometimes though, both sides are at fault for being the bored, careless, and disgruntled ones, which pretty much means that either of them probably have had bad experiences before in the past with customers, and employees, and feel its necessary to act the way they do. I just think people need to stop going out in public when they're upset, and need to suck it up if they're having to go to work.
