The Trouble of a Troublemaker
When I was beginning to read this article what stuck out to me the most was when this kid named Austin when his math teacher was arguing with him because he was misbehaving. His teacher said “ You're going to be a garbage man.” The way I reacted to this quote was I was appalled because the teacher could of handled this in a different way-she could've talk to him privately in the hallway. The teacher made a big scene in front of the whole class. This in my opinion was stupid. This connected to my life when I remember a time when I was in the first grade my teacher said to me I wasn't apart of the community because I couldn't sit still and had some behavior issue. Then I told my mother and she talked to my teacher in person and said no what a child’s issue they have, they’re still a part of the community. I hope this makes teachers think they should really think how the other person feels about this before they say it.
