Run Day
I agree with the article “Run Day,” written by Hannah A.. I did track too, and it was always very nerve racking. I didn’t know how I was going to do or perform. In the article the runners said they would rather get the flu or something. I have had those feelings before too. This is a very relatable article as well. Which it being relatable, kind of does not make very surprising. “Run Day” is a very well written article. It has lots of valid information to support their statements. In the article they said that the worst part of the race is right before they shoot the gun to go. The runners were acting like run day was a lot worse than it actually is. Run day isn’t even that bad unless the runners run a lot of distance events.
