My Secret
Jacqueline D.'s "My Secret" was a beautifully written poem that describes exactly what it's like to keep a secret. When reading your poem, your words touched me because I too know how hard and painful it is when keeping a secret. Your poem spoke the truth, in reality people are "afraid of the pain and blood that will follow", most of us, as humans, are afraid of consequences and don't really want to face them. I think anyone can relate to this poem because everyone keeps secrets and sometimes that's okay. So Jacqueline I would like to thank you for your truthful, relatable, and beautiful poem about the pain and hardships of keeping a secret.
