Untitled MAG

prejudice
is when someone takes a knife and
seizes a piece of your heart,
of who you believe in ...
they take that piece of you and they make you
eat it.
they make you chew on it good and
they make you taste it
savor it a little bit
wonder about your own particular
flavor
consistency;
they make you question yourself ...
then you begin to taste the bitterness
that is now a part of you
(how sour it is in your mouth, in your soul).
and then,
then,
after all they put you through ...
then they make you swallow it.
