An Eye For An Eye

If we continue with the quote
“An eye for an eye”
And “A tooth for a tooth”
We would all be blind and toothless.
For we must show kindness, compassion, and mercy
Towards each other and to this sinister world.
We have more effect and a bigger impact
If we young people, young creative writers
and artists speak against this old quote.
STAND OUT.
AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

I love the simplicity of what you are saying, but remember this: thoughts are fruitless without words, and words are fruitless without action. If you earnestly want to abolish this quote and what it stands for, be willing to live out what you claim to believe.
