Why Students Should be Allowed to Use Their Phones In Middle School

During school, students are not allowed to be on their phones in the hallway. The students at the highschool, however, can use their phones at any time during the day and their classes are way harder than the middle school classes. PVMS students should be allowed to go on their phones in the hallway. It would´t make a difference in their grades because they are not using it during their classes. Even a teacher couldn't come up with a reason, then she said,¨… for a sense of discipline...¨ but students ages 12-14 should be able to learn time management and self discipline.
