Phone consumers
With all the new phones on the market today, each phone attracts a different consumer
market. There are people looking for the newest features who don’t mind the cost.
The more popular market is the mid-range where consumers look for features at a price that is
reasonably less than the flagships. Lastly, there are the budget phone consumers who buy
these phones. I believe consumers buy certain phones based on the price, features, and t.
When a new phone is released every year, there are many reasons why consumers are
attracted to it. New phones carry new features and design. This also comes with these
being the most expensive phones on the market. While the people looking for cheap or mid-range
phones will look away due to the hefty price tags. They willonly buy this phone because it’s new,
and has the latest features. The price is not an obstacle for them. For example, the new iPhone 11
pro costs upwards of one thousand dollars. This attracts the consumers who want the newest
iPhone. So this market is dominated by the consumers buying phones for the idea of having the
newest, best phone.
The most popular type of consumer in the industry is the mid-range buyer. They
dominate the market because they look for affordable prices but also latest features. Entry level
Flagships such as the Iphone 11 are an example of the phones they would buy. Costing 300
dollars less than the high tier iphone 11 pro, this attracts these buyers because it contains most
of the latest features for a more affordable price than the top tier phone. While this is not the
Cheapest option, you are buying a phone which is almost top tier for a lower price than the actual
top tier phone. This leads into the final consumer.
The budget consumer looks for the lowest price on the phone and doesn’t give much care
to having the best features or design. They look for a phone for very basic purposes, and an
example of this phone would be the Samsung Galaxy A20. This phone costs 150 dollars to buy
from a supported carrier. It may not have the latest features or the latest design but it functions in
every way a normal smartphone does. This attracts these budget buyers to a low cost
Phone. These consumers are growing more and more as the prices for new flagship phones
increase.
In the phone consumer market there are many types of consumers. You have the budget
consumers who look for the cheapest phone no matter what the features, you have the mid range
consumers who look for the new features at an affordable price, and lastly you have the
High-price consumers who look for the newest phone with the news features no matter what the
Price. There are different needs for each consumer and that is the reason they buy the phone that
They buy.
