A famous saying is, "Trust is a fragile thing. Easy to break, easy to lose, and one of the hardest things to ever get back."

Trustworthiness means deserving trust or confidence; dependable; reliable. I think about the word trust everywhere, or when I am around someone. If you lose trust, you lose everything, keeping trust is a struggle, and trustworthiness means everything to me.
Once you lose trust then you lose the people you love. Trust is the thing that brings people together. It can make me feel comfortable and I can be myself. Without trust in a person, I question them with everything they do.

Keeping trust or just being trustworthy is a struggle. It might be hard to trust again. It might be the past that hurt them or they remember what has been done to them. My mom always says, words are not just words, they can hurt and mean so much more.

Being trustworthy is tough. Trust is the main thing that I look for in a friend. James P. Michels JR said " Friendship is not friendship without trust, without it I walk alone."

Someone said," Trust takes years to build, seconds to break, and years to repair." Being trustworthy is hard for me so I know it is hard for other people too. Your trust in someone can go away part by part, and it will never be the same. I really try to keep that trust as big as possible.
