The hug

Are you mad? Are you sad? Life seems " unfair" doesnt it? Does it seem the whole in your heart is always ripps a little? anger is not one emotion, for it is several it is the ripple affect. you need love, attenion,cheerfulness ...... sadly you may not realize the other side of the emotion or if someone is tring to give it to you.Usally one thing can make it better. A hug. Wrapping your arms around someone you love is very comformting. It stiches the small ripps in your heart.
