Three Grains of Sand
They are the only three that get me. I am the only one who gets them. Three grains of sand buried in water and surrounded by salt. Three out of trillions in the entire ocean floor. Three helpful grains here to guide me. Through the waves I can see them, but my mom calls me insane.
There guidance is not obvious. They send teachings through the ripples. They wash up and wash down and grab the earth between there grainy bodies and watch the people run around and never stop watching. This is how they watch.
Let one forget his reason for being, they’d just watch the world around them all day like fools, becoming smaller as they watch. Watch, watch, watch grains do while I struggle. They observe.
When I am too smart and too wise to keep watching, when I am a shell covered grain with a group of intelligent watchers. When there is nothing left to watch out for. Three who help despite a need. Three who guide and don’t forget to watch. Three who’s only reason is to guide me
