Fast Food MAG
Fast Food (September issue)
I agree with C. O.; I too have had similar experiences where I work. Several people a day come through the drive-through to get their food. A few minutes later, they come back claiming to be missing something that they never ordered. I apologize, give them their food, and say "Have a nice day!" which is fast food lingo for "Die a slow and painful death!" Then there is the person who comes in and orders a cheeseburger plain, and comes back complaining that there was cheese on the burger. I could go on and on, but then I would get hate mail from the customers I write about. n
