Winter MAG
Winter
you remind me of winter
the hues, shadows
of your pale body
the cascades of rich
darkness in your
hair
and your forest eyes
I
shiver and cover my
self from your
communicative cold
the brief disregarding
glances which hang in
icicles from your
beautiful image
to fall asleep
beneath your snowfall
touches
I've tried it
and I almost froze
in forgotten promises
(yours to me
mine to you)
I look now
in a high gaze of
adoration
towards the fantasy
land frosted and
glittering mirth in
the layers of crystal
dripping from the skeleton
trees fingertips
I stand beneath
them waiting for the
magic to fall
Love you winter time
