Destiny or Fate?

Stuck in a system I cannot explain
Can I choose my own destiny?
Or is it just fate
People say you make your own decisions
But was it made before you can choose
Can I come to a conclusion?
Before I process those words
Or do I make my own path
Also said: You only give out as much strength as you put in if that is really the truth who is the maker of all
Would it just be a cycle?
That would mean the lowest of humanity controls the highest
