Summary:

Rotum is your average small town. They have a courthouse, a post office, a drugstore... you get the picture. But they also have something else that other small towns don't- a very large number of criminals. No one knows why, but rapists, murderers, arsonists- they are all drawn to this town. This story follows a small group of young teens as they try to survive the fight to leave their hometown.
