March 12th
Summary:
Trayvon Jackson lives with his mom and little brother KJ in the deep south. The book opens up on the year anniversary of Trayvon's older brother Andre's shooting, which killed him. The book is the story of Trayvon trying to get the truth out about what really happened, despite the frequent travesties about his death. March 12th takes a look in at the frequent murders of black men out of racist intentions, and the struggle of trying to stop it.
