East Quadrant, New York
Summary:
It happened October 23rd of 2019, the day that police officers were “dismissed” by the government. The protests and mobs of people were finally appeased as Congress passed the law to ban cops. A young, evil Governor has taken control of the government. But the world was not impressed by this act. America becomes cut-off from the rest of the world, becoming the only place without people to enforce laws. Walls are built. No one can leave. Thane sees the evil in the Governor. He realizes that in a world where there is no right and wrong, it could easily be destroyed. With the help of his sister, Thane decides he must put an end the Governor. He tries to convince the people that the Governor is evil. Thane ends up winning the crowd over but is killed by the Governor's watchers. His sister takes charge, and, in a flash-forward, we see that the Governor is defeated, and she is chief of police.
