Each person is given one when they are born, and when they turn 18, they must travel the world to find their matching charm.
Most people thank Venus for her creation, others don't believe that a silly love god could have the power to recreate the planet. But, there are only a few who hate Venus for eliminating the chance of actually falling in love.
