Summary:
Its 3060 and a group of government called Zodaic is tearing apart everything that mankind has worked towards. Selene Everly’s 16 birthday is coming up soon. Selene’s family is a targeted family because of their mysterious powers they posess. Selene fights for her freedom as she travels around escaping from Zodaics’ hands. A mysterious guy named Soul appears and tries to help Selene on her mission.

This is a really strong and captivating start, I really hope you keep writing it! The dialouge is very strong :) I think you might enjoy my novel, you should check it out!
