THE HOUSE IN THE WOODS

Once there were two young women and a man. These women were really just girls both 15 and neither had experienced yet what the real world was like. They eventually got the impression of what the real world was like after the terrifying experience they went through at such a young age. There were two high school girls named Sarah and julia who were best friends. The two girls lived in Canon City Colorado for there hole life. All the two girls wanted to do was grow up given the lack of freedom there parents were giving them. There parents were getting on both of the girls nerve everyday about what kind of clothes they were wearing the attitude they started talking with who they were hanging around with and also what they were putting in their bodies like smokes and alcohol. The girls were becoming to much for the parents to handle they wondered what happened to the sweet girls they raised they were turning into different people going in the wrong direction. So eventually the parents just stopped asking where they going and when they’ll be home or giving them rides to school or wherever they were going and the the girls preferred it that way they hated their parents always telling them what to do they finally had freedom but there was one day were they realized they needed their parents in their lives  and not the freedom. On a Friday in October Sarah and Julia both overslept and if they were late to school again they would be suspended. The girls had to walk to school everyday because they were too tough for licenses and their parents thought if they wanted all that freedom they would let them have it they just weren’t going to help them with anything. Sarah met julia at the end of her street every morning and they walked to school from there. They got there by going through town but that Friday morning they couldn’t go that way if they wanted to make it to schools on time. The girls were going to have to cut through the woods it was going to be about a two mile walk compared to a four mile walk through town. Sarah and Julia have never had to cut through the woods to get to school so they weren’t familiar with that area they just knew they could get to school faster that way. The reason they took the long way was because julia wasso creeped out by the wilderness and they stuck together no matter what. At first julia wasn’t so sure about doing this she said what if someone lives in their we could be cutting through private property. Sarah thought she was just being a baby (well if we don’t we’ll be late for school and I’m not getting suspended) ‘ said Sarah’ ( fine but just this one time) ‘said Julia’. As the girl were walking through the woods on there way to school they noticed there was a house. ( Hey look there’s a creepy old house over there let’s check it out) ‘said Sarah’ ( are you kidding I’m not going in there someone dangerous could be in there) ‘said Julia’ ( look at it it’s in the middle of the woods it’s probably been abandoned for years and there could be something valuable in there. ‘Said Sarah’ ( no! You can go look around in a creepy house I’m going to school) ‘ said Julia’. Julia walked to school on her own as Sarah slowly approached the front door of the house. Sarah walked up to the front door and it was already open she says to herself ‘that's sketchy’. It was very dark when she walked into the house she tried turning the light on but the switch didn’t work. As Julia is walking to school her stomach drops as she sees a man walking towards the direction of the abandoned house. She had no doubt that the man was living in the house so she went back to worn sarah. Sarah is in the house and she is looking for something valuable. She couldn’t find anything upstairs so she went down to the basement to look. Julia is sprinting back to the house to get Sarah out of there. Julia finally gets to the house and screams Sarah’s name ( sarah!) ‘Sarah responds to Julia’ ( owe you’ve changed your mind I’m in the basement) Julia races down to the basement and said (we need to get the hell out of here) (why) ‘said Sarah’ (because there is a man out there and this is probably his house) (ok let’s go) ‘said Sarah’ as the two girls walk up the stairs Sarah trips on the fifth step. Sarah is facedown on the stairs and she notice there are two duffel bags under the stairs. ( Wait I need to see what’s in those bags) ‘said Sarah’. Sarah opens one of the bags and she finds more one hundred dollar bills than she can count (holy crap we're rich let’s  open the other bag! ) ‘said Sarah’. Sarah opens the other bag with excitement but that’s not the feeling she has when she finds out. Sarah opens the second bag and she finds a dead body. Both girls have there hand over their mouth with tears coming out of their eyes and their stomachs dropped they could believe there eyes they didn’t want to be there. ( What do we do what do we do?) says Julia’ ( we’re going to take the money and get the hell out of here ok? Let’s go!) ‘says Sarah’ seconds later the front door opens and the girls hear someone upstairs ( he’s here) ‘Julia whispers in fear’ The girls know they can’t leave through the front door with the man up there so they must find another way out if they don’t want to end up like that person in the bag.They eventually found a small window that they were going to have to squeeze out of. Sarah got out of the window first then Julia attempted to get out. Julia had was a little heavier than Sarah so it was harder for her to get out. Julia was halfway through the window and she heard someone coming down the stairs so she forced her way out of the window slicing her leg on the window in the process. As the girls ran for their life through the woods with the money they had to get as far as they could before the man realized it was gone. The man got down to the basement just after the girls left he saw the open window and knew somebody had been there. He then sees a purse on the floor one of the girls dropped their wallet it was Julia’s. The purse had all her information including her name and address. The girls finally reached the end of the woods and they were in shock. The only thing on their mind was what they were going to do about what they just saw. Julia thought they should go to the police about the dead body but Sarah had something else in mind. ( If we go to the police to report this man he will tell them about the missing money and they’ll know it was us because we were there and we could be charged with breaking and entering) ‘said Sarah’ ( so you would rather keep all this money than do the right thing and report a murder?) ‘said Sarah’ ( who cares we don’t know the person who ever it was I’m sure she deserved it. I’m going home to count this money are you coming?) ‘said Sarah’ ( no I’m going to the police!) ‘said Julia’ ( well guess what you can’t because if you do we could get in trouble for breaking and entering so just keep quiet I know you're scared I’m scared too but this will all blow over real soon and we can split the money. What do you say?) ( i don’t want any part of this I’m going home) When Julia got home she realized she didn’t have her purse and she started freaking out because she thought she could’ve left it at the house in the woods. She was home alone so she decided to call the police because she was afraid if the man found her Perse he would know her address and come after her for stealing the money. Julia picked up the phone to call the police as it was ringing the power went out. Julia’s heart was pounding she feared the man from the woods cut the power. Julia went to get a flashlight and she heard the front door open so she went to the door and it was open but there was no on there. Julia turned around and the man from the woods was standing right there. The next thing she knew his fist was in her face and she was knock out cold. When Julia woke up she was tied to a chair and she was back at the house in the woods. She looked forward and the man was standing right infringement of her looking very mad. She tried screaming for help and the man told her not to bother there is know one around here for miles. After a few moments of silence the man ask Julia were the money was and julia said if I tell you will you let me go? The man said you are free to go if you tell me where it is. ( My friend Sarah took it to her house she lives a few blocks away from me). ‘Said Julia’. She ask the man if she could go now and he refused ( you said you would let me go!) ‘ Said Julia’ The man told her he lied. The man then said he would be going after her friend next. Julia said to the man we weren’t looking for any trouble we thought this house was an abandoned house please just take the money from her and then leave her alone and let me go. The man showed zero emotion to what she had to say to him he didn’t care he was going after the money and Sarah. Julia started crying because she knew she wasn’t going to be able to convince the man to let her go and that he would soon have her friend too. Julia’s only hope is if Sarah gets suspicious that she isn’t there to meet here in the morning and calls the police. The man told julia they would have to move to another location because if Sarah got suspicious when Julia doesn’t show up she could lead the police back to the abandoned house. The man a hidden underground tunnel that started in his basement and went to his other location. Julia was forcefully taken into the tunnel by the man. The next day julia did not meet Sarah at the spot they meet every morning and she wasn’t answering her phone. Immediately she realized something was wrong so she went to Julia’s house and parents said she’s not here we thought she slept over your house. Suddenly it hit Sarah she knew the man had to have taken her last night there was no other explanations so she went to Julia’s parents house and they called the police. When the police got there julia told the chief and julia parents that they went into an abandoned house in the woods on there way to school. She then told them about the dead body they found in the back and that they saw a man in the woods just outside of the house and they had to run out of there so he wouldn’t see them but she did not tell them about the money he had and that she stole it it was still in her house. Sarah then stated to the police she is not sure if the man saw them but it’s possible he did and it was probably his house to (Julia could have dropped her purse in the woods or the house and the man could have found it and that could have lead him to her house last night) ‘Said sarah’. The officers then went into julia house to look for her purse if they didn’t find it they had to assume she dropped it in the woods while running from the man and  there was no sign of it. The police thought it would be a good idea to send some officers to sarah’s house incase the man showed up looking for her too a news crew also showed up and the story started to raise in the headlines. Sarah was taken into the protection of the police because they knew he would come after her next. Sarah told the police were the abandoned house was in the woods. The police brought all of there forces to the house and nobody was there he must have taken her somewhere else so the search for Julia had begun. Julia and the man had made it to his second location the next day by walking through his secret tunnels. As they walked through the tunnels the hole time julia was begging the very big creepy man to let her go he refused. At the end of the tunnel was another abandoned house julia couldn’t believe he was able to to this. When they walked into the other abandoned julia was fasterated because she just forced walk three mile through an underground tunnel and she wasn’t allowed to leave even though she told him were the money was ( i told you were the freakin money is why can’t i go!) said julia The man did not respond. The man then reached into his pocket at first julia thought it was a gun and he was going to shoot her but it was her phone. He showed her the live news report saying that julia is missing and the her house was crawling with cops. After a couple of hours sarah had given up trying to beg her way out of there as the man hadn’t said anything to her other than his questions about were the money is and who has it. Her now was trying to escape the problem was she was tied to a chair again and even if she were to get out of that she still had no idea were she was the wood she was in was over ten miles. Julia was still going to try she just had to wait for the right opportunity and that is when the man goes into another room. Julia had a pocket knife in the back pocket of her pants she has been tied up since she woke up and he hasn’t taken his eyes off her so she hasn’t been able to get the knife out of her pocket. Julia had to get the man to leave the room so she told him she was hungry the man went into the room to get julia food in the kitchen. Julia was surprised he went to get her some food but more surprised he actually had food given we’re they were. Once the man went to the kitchen julia reached for her knife in her back pocket and she was able to get it since her hands were tied behind her back. Julia started cutting the ropes off their hands that was tied to the chair with the knife. When she was half way done she cut her hand and dropped the knife but julia was able to rip off the rest of the rope and untie her legs. Julia was free from the rope that she was in for so long and started looking for an exit without being caught. There was no way of getting out of the house from the room she was in so she looked around the house. Julia Peeked her head into the kitchen and saw the man but also saw the front door but she wasn’t going to be able to get out that way without being seen she then looked for another way out. The man was done making Julia’s food and went back to the room she was tied up in and she was gone. The man saw the blood trail from her hand and followed it to the back door. The man opened the back door and saw julia running and screamed for help he then chased after her and tackled her to the ground. Julia was taken to the ground and the man was on top of her but she still had the knife so she stabbed him in the corner of the shoulder. The man screamed and ten pulled the knife out off his chest and punched Julia in the face several times knocking her out again. The man then carried Julia back into the house while bleeding on her. He checked her to see if she had more weapons and then tied her up again. An hour later Julia woke up with a bloody face and a pocket pounding headache from the punches. She ask the man why are you doing this to me and said I was only in your house because I had to worn my stupid friend you were coming the man still had no response standing right in front of her. Julia didn’t know what he wanted because she didn’t have his money and she told him were it was. She figured he wasn’t letting her go because he doesn’t want to going to the police. Julia didn’t know what to do so she just started asking him some personal questions to try and get something out of the man. She knew he wouldn’t answer her questions at first so she told him she would scream until he did he refused again so she started screaming. After the first five minutes of screaming the man couldn’t take so he punched her in the face again. He thought the punch would shut her up but it did the opposite she kept the screaming going and after another five minutes he said he would answer her question to get her to stop screaming. Julia started asking questions to the man while tied up and they were mostly personal. (What is your name?) ‘asked julia’ the man said his name is Derek and Julia said that’s a nice name. (Why do you live in the middle of the woods?) “asked julia’ (it’s quiet) ‘said Derek’. (Why did you have all that money and a dead body in the a bag in your basement) Derek said that’s none of your business but who are you gonna tell your not going anywhere so he told her why they were there. ( The dead body was in the bag because I killed her and the money was in the bag because I was paid off to not press charges on someone) ‘said Derek’. Julia then ask why did you kill her and why were you paid off to not press charges on someone? Derek said he didn’t want to talk about it he told her anyway. ( A few years ago I was picking up my daughter from school and I was parked across the street so she walked across the street to my car. There was a drunk driver coming up the street my daughter was crossing and she hit her she was dead before I could get to her. A few week later I took the girl who killed my daughter to court and I wanted to make sure she stayed in jail the rest of her life. This girl was only sentenced to ten years in prison and she was twenty two years old. She killed my daughter and she would be out of jail by thirty two that wasn’t enough time and my daughter deserved justice. I thought ten years was letting her off to easy so I made a deal with her. She came from a wealthy family so I made a deal with them to pay me off five million dollars and I wouldn’t press charges. The family corporated and the girl walked free with no jail time but i didn’t let her walk free for the money I did it so I could kill her . A few days after court I tracked her down kidnapped her brought her back to my house and took her life just like she took my daughter life. So there you go does that explain the money and the dead body?) ‘said Derek’ ( yes I understand everything now so we’re do I come in this it doesn’t sound like you care about the money you just wanted to kill her.) ‘said Julia’) (you don’t you and your friend just messed with the wrong house and I can’t let you go. The next morning derek turned on the news and watched it with julia. Julia’s parents were on the news saying if you have our daughter please just let her go and that will be the end of it we won’t pursue you or come after you we just want our daughter back. ( You see how much they miss me doesn’t that mean anything to you?) ‘Said Julia’ ( look i didn’t mean for any of this to happen you and your friend were the ones who came into my house and stole my money and you found out i killed someone if i let you i know you’ll go to the police and then i’ll go to jail so your not going anywhere!) and once this whole thing blows over and they stop looking for you in a few days or weeks i will be going to your friends house for my money because i doubt she told the police about it. All i have have to do is pay attention to the news and when the time is right im going for it and this time i will make sure you have no chance of escaping while i’m gone) ‘Said Derek’. The next week there was still no sign of Julia so the police started questioning sarah if they really saw a man in the woods. Sarah thought they were trying to frame her for the disappearance of her best friend ( I had nothing to do with it but I think I know why he has her and won’t let her go) ‘said Sarah’ the police officer then ask Sarah why he hadn't let her go ( Because we didn’t just find one duffel bag there was two of them and the other one had five million dollars in it.) ‘said Sarah’ After learning this information the police would use it to get Sarah back. After Sarah told the police about the money they took it out of her house and went on the news again. The police said on the news whoever has taken Julia we have your money and we would like to do a trade. Derek was watching the news and he was he didn’t know what to do now because the police have his money instead of Sarah and now it will be harder to get. Derek decided to make the trade so he called the police and told them he’ll make them were is hidden location is. Derek also told them they can only send one cop to make the trade because he doesn’t trust that they won’t shoot at him if there's more than one of them. The police agreed to derek's condition to only send one cop to make the trade so derek told them were he was only julia and the police said they will send someone and that he’ll be there later that day. A few hours after talking to the police a cop pulled up to the house derek and julia were in. Derek came out of the house with a gun to julia head and said to the cop where's the money? The cop said it was in his car ( go to the car and throw the money over here then i will you can take julia) ‘said derek’ The cop tossed over the money to derek and he checked the bag to make sure it was all there and it was  then ( ok you have your money now hand over julia ‘said the cop’( i will after you put your gun and car keys on the ground and handcuff yourself to the railing on the porch) ‘said derek’ ( hey that was not part of the deal i give you your money back and you give me julia) ‘said the cop’ ( Well the deal has changed now do what i said or i’ll shoot the girl then you) ‘said derek’ the cop cooperated with derek and put his gun and keys then went to handcuffed himself to the porch and once he did derek took the keys and julia and drove away with her in the cop car. once derek drove away the officer handcuffed to the porch let the other officers know that he was headed to the main road in is car and he has the girl. The police were already waiting at the road incase something like this were to happen they had a dozen cop cars there waiting and derek wasn’t going to expect it. Derek got to the main road and he saw all of the cop cars blocking the road instead of giving up he tried to drive through all the cars and it didn’t go so well because they flipped over. The car was surrounded by all the cops and derek to decided to make a stand by getting out of the car and killing as many cops as he could. When derek got out of the car the police saw his gun and he was shot in the chest before he could get his gun in the air. The police got julia out of the car and they put derek in the ambience thinking he was dead but he wasn’t. They handcuffed derek to the stretcher in the ambiance and they also had a cop in there because they were not sure if he was dead yet. Derek had a bomb in his pocket incase he was captured and it went off on the way to the hospital. It killed everyone in the ambiance except derek as he somehow survived. The ambiance was on fire and derek crawled out of it before he burned to death. A lot of the police went to meet the ambiance at the hospital and it never showed they worried derek had escaped. The police went looking for the missing ambiance and they found it in the middle of the road on fire. They assumed everyone that was in it was killed

                                                              1 year later

A year after Derek kidnapped Julia he came back to get his revenge. Everyone thought Derek was killed in the explostiosion but he wasn’t. A lot had changed in the past year julia moved far away and sarah was put in jail for interfering with a police investigation by not telling them about the money until weeks after julia went missing. Julia was notified that derek’s body was never found after the explosion so her and her family thought that it was best for them to move incase derek survived and came back for her and it’s a good thing they did because he did come back with a lot of anger. Julia didn’t want to just run away she wanted to turn herself into a bad ass so she started lifting weights and training she was not the same girl and she wanted to be ready for him because deep down she new he wasn’t dead and he’d be back one day. After crawling out of the burning appliance derek’s whole body was badly injured but he was still able to crawl into the woods and back to the house. Once he got there barely able to stand he looked himself in the mirror and couldn’t recognize himself. All the flesh on his his body was burned off including on his face and from that moment he had one thing on his mind and that was to kill julia and he wasn’t going to stop at anything until she was dead. The first thing derek did was rest and he did that for moths to recover his body and once those few months were over he could walk again but his face was still messed up and he had trouble breathing sometimes. Derek knew it was time to bring terror on julia’s life so he went to her house with a gun to shoot her and her family but there was another family living in there. Derek barged into the house anyway and ask them if they knew were the people living here before went. The family living in julia’s old house didn’t know what to think at all when they were staring at was his burt up disgusting face then derek raised his gun to the frightened family. They said they have no idea were they went so derek shot them all then found some of julia friends to see if they knew were she was. He was going to ask sarah but after learning she had been put in prison he couldn't do that so he had to find where she was from other people she would most likeyy still be keeping contact with. Derek had to steal someones phone to look her up on instagram to see who her friends were. He was walking down the street and he gave some guy a right hook then took his phone. Derek then when on to instagram and looked up julia’s account. The most occuring person that was on julia’s page other than sarah was zoey so he dm’d her telling her she won money and he needed her address . Minutes later she responded to him and said ‘what do you think im stupid im blocking you creep’ Derek then wrote back im not a creep or pedifile you won money and i want to send it to your house. The whole thing sounded very convincing to zoey and for some reason she was stupid and gave him her adress thinking she had money coming to her house. Derek got zoey’s address and showed up at his house the next day but when he got there he didn’t know what to do because the security in zoey’s house was as good as a prison. There was guards at every entrance and security cameras everywhere it was a fortress. Derek knew he wasn’t going to be able to break into that house that day as he wasn’t prepared so he decided to come back when it was darker with better weapons. Derek went back to his house in the car he stole and got some guns from his basement hours later he went back to zoey’s house. Derek had a sniper rifle and he was about one hundred yards from the house. He began firing on the house and took out all the guards and security cameras. The family in the house could not he the shot because the gun was silenced. Derek then approached the house but had to climb there big gate once he got over it he was able to cut the power and he turned on his night vision goggles. He then shot the door open and took care of all the security inside the house. Once he located the family he turned the power on and simply ask zoey where julia was and she had to tell him because he was pointing a gun at his head. Zoey told derek that julia and her family moved to Georgetown Massachusetts . Derek knotted his head and said ‘ok’ he then ask them ‘how good is your security system?’ the father told derek we could lock our self in here so derek pointed the gun back at the family and gave them all handcuffs. He said to put them on then he went down to the garage and got the gasoline. Derek poured the gasoline everywhere in and locked the family in the house. Derek then lit the gasoline and burned the house down with the family inside. The next day Derek went to Georgetown Massachusetts looking for Julia it was a very small town so he knew he wouldn’t have any trouble finding her. Derek thought he could sneak into georgetown high school to see if julia was attending there but thanks to their brilliant security he wasn’t able to get in. So derek waited in the parking lot afterschool and he saw julia she was getting in some cool looking guys car. Derek had to follow them but he couldn't do it on foot so he had to steal a car so he stole one of the students cars and followed the guy and julia. Derek followed them onto the highway and they got off in danvers then went to liberty tree mall. Julia and the guy went into the mall with derek following them and see them going into the movie theater. Derek thought this was perfect he could take the seats behind them and when the lights go out he could kill julia. They walked into the theater grabbed some seats and derek was sitting behind them. The lights when out and derek attempted to choke julia. The guy with julia ripped Derek’s hand off her and then he punched Derek in the face. Derek fell to the ground and Julia ran to the exit with the guy. They both ran to the car and the guy who is Julia’s friend ask her if she knew who that was she said no because she didn’t know it was Derek she thought he was dead. Julia and her friend Matt Mansfield went to the car and drove away from the theater. They both thought they lost the guy that attacked them in the theater but before they knew it he was in the car behind them. Matt was driving the car and he floored it once he saw derek even tho his lamborghini was already flying down the road. As derek got closer to the car matt had to bust out a few moves but they weren't working matt was surprised. They started hitting each other back and forth with there cars trying to push the other one off the road but derek was in a truck so he had the advantage. As they were going back and forth derek was able to push their car off the road and down a steep hill. They both survived the fall and then got out of the car as derek was walking down the hill with a gun. Matt and julia got behind the car and derk starting firing the gun at them. They knew they weren't going to be able to stay behind the car forever so matt came up with a plan ( We need to distract him your going to have to show yourself and the second you do he’ll look over to you and i’ll tackle him to the ground and hopely get his gun said) ‘said Matt” They went along with Matt’s plan and when julia showed herself she realized it was derek and he was back for her. Seconds later matt absolutely decked derek and he was out cold then he grabbed his gun and looked over to julia and she was in shock. Matt asked her what was wrong as she was standing there in fear ( This man kidnapped me a year ago for weeks and he is a killer you have to shoot him he too dangerous to be alive) ‘said julia’ ( Why don’t we just call the police?) ‘said Matt’ ( Because the last time the police had him he killed them all and got away i thought he was dead this whole time i can’t go on knowing he’s alive he must be killed) ‘said Julia’ (Well i'm not a killer) ‘said Matt’ (fine give me the gun I’ll kill him besides he ruined my life anyway i don't have a problem doing it i just want to wait for him to wake up so i can look into his eyes as he dies. Derk woke up minutes minutes later and he saw julia pointing a gun in his face. (How does it feel to be on the other end  Derek are you ready to die?) ‘said julia’ ( I was only using you as a replacement for my daughter that’s why i never let you go i never meant to hurt you so don’t hurt me) ‘said derek’ (I can’t live my life knowing your still out there you are a dangerous person and i don’t care what your intentions were before i will not be your replacement for your daughter you ruined my world and now it's time for me to do the same to you) ‘said julia’ (you won’t do it your afraid to shoot me and your afraid of me) ‘said Derek’ ( No i'm not and there have been times were i hoped you were still alive just so i could kill you myself) ‘said Julia’. Julia was about to blow derkes head off and she hear police sirens matt not to go through with this you get in a lot of trouble and this man is not worth it. The police were about to arrive and julia had to make a decision she wanted to shoot him so bad but she realized it would be better if he rots in jail so she put the gun down and let the police take care of Derek. As the police took derek away he smiled at julia and said i’ll be back and julia said go to hell ! Before putting derek in the car they checked him for explosives this time and he was clean. They put him in a car with 6 cops so he couldn’t escape this time and they were able to to get him to the the police station without any problems. A few days later derek had a court hearing and there were people including julia and her family trying to make sure he was in prison for life but that didn't happen. Derek was convicted of kidnapping resisting arrest and assault he sentenced to 20 years to life in prison that meant there was a chance he wouldn’t be in prison the rest of his life. The police didn't find enough evidence that he killed the girl in the bag because he was only living there a short time and they weren't sure if the ambulance explosion was his fault so he wasn't convicted of those murders. Julia was not happy because she went to the trial and told everyone what she saw and what he told her when she was kidnaped but derek was able to get a good lawyer buy using some of the money from the duffel bag they were forced to give back to him because there was no proof that family gave him the money. Derek went to jail for 20 years and behaved himself and when he got out he lived a pretty boring life.
