“Distracted drivers pay with their life, Drive safe live more”.

According to some statistics in the State of Florida, the number of deaths “in 2011 was at least a 23% of auto collision due to the use of cell phones. This is the result of not keeping their eyes on the road and being distracted by other things”. These are young adults who do what they had seeing in their parents. Now this is a huge temptation for teens that wants to have their cell phones every time. They cannot wait to read any text message or e-mail when they arrive to their destination. But not only a cell phone can be a distraction on the road also when they are eating or drinking smoke or when they want to change their stereo, etc. Also being in groups can be a distraction taking with one next to you or the one in the back can cause an accident. They don’t does not have to put your life in danger or other for a simple a distraction that can be prevented (claim) the teen of today who do not look their consequence of their actions they are eager to have their license or driving for the first time. About a 16 year old think that having a vehicle are in invincible (counterclaim). That’s why the governor Scott had put a new law to pay $30 dollar bill like a punishment in which I consider that is not enough even person with a part time job can pay it .I think that they should put more strict laws. Other people will say what guarantee the police what cause the driver distraction that lead him to the accident.

Part 4
Having more strict laws will prevent to be less distracted drivers on the road and it will be safe for the pedestrian and others drivers. Although distractions on the road is nothing new every day we see more and more distractions that put others in danger. “Just for one second using the cellphone and other type of technology that takes the eyes and mind off the road is a huge concern for the ones working in the field of the high way safety”. Some people might say what is not worth of putting more strict laws, if the drivers are goanna do it anyway because they do not have the police supervising then the 24 hours a day. They are on their own risk. Some will be agree because at least they are going to reduce the number of death every year. So statistic said that the only 13% of drivers of 18 and 20 are involve in car wreck cause by testing or talking on the phone at the time of the accident ("Driving While Intexticated." Texting and Distracted Driving Infograaphic. N.P., n.d. Web. 1 Apr. 2014.). Texting and driving is one of the major problems that leads injuries and death across the State. The conductor need to be aware that he is not the only one who are using the road also they are others that have their rights.

A lot of people think that nothing might happened to them. Why to think that, if you never know what might happened on the road? When an append of an eye a lot of stuff could happened you could be the cause of the accident as also the victim, a simple distraction can change a life forever, and others will not live to say, Not only the one who is driving is responsible to destroy his life. Also the whole family can felt a part. We as part of society must take seriously distraction drivers problem. One second of distraction can cost your life.

Last but not least. Testing while driving is one of the State top killer. Each year more than 1, 600, 00 accident per year with 330,000 injuries and 11 teen death every day. This is worse than driving intoxicated. (“Distracted Driving | Facts and Stats | Texting and Driving." Distracted Driving | Facts and Stats | Texting and Driving. N.P., n.d. Web. 1 Apr. 2014)This has become a secondary law I hope that one day this will become a primary law as it was with the seat bell a few years ago.
