The Tower

This picture was taken in Washington DC. This monument it across from the WWII memorial. Notice that the tower is painted two different colors. This is because they ran out of money for construct it and need to wait until they had enough. By the time the people had enough money, they did buy the same color, but over the years that color changed a little.
