I know that rose close-ups are rather over done... But I'm particularly proud of this one. Reason being, this is in my very own backyard with my dad's favorite rose plant. (I say plant because it's not big enough to be a bush, yet.)

You're right, this was a particularly great photo, only because an extraordinary photo was created from an ordinary backyard.
