Turning Black
Eyes blur,
I stare out the window,
in a trance,
seeing snowflakes falling,
but the sun is out,
and there are no clouds.
Where am I?
No one knows.
My own world filled with happiness.
Then you show up and my world turns pink.
Butterflies flutter around me.
My heart beats like a sledge hammer.
I melt into a puddle.
Thinking you will sew me back together.
That you will pick up the pieces and mend them.
But instead you snomp on them,
leaving smaller pieces of me
crushed into nothing
so i lay there,
just broken pieces,
heart included.
Bleeding out sadness into my once beautiful world.
Turning black.
