Trip and tread, through the jungle,
I peak around—orange streaks flash past.
Green grass stirs. “LOOK! THERE IT IS!”
Eight tigers prowl: prepared to pounce.
They stop—snarl, see their reflection,
rumbling at me through gleaming glass.
