A Daughters Assimilation
My first place I called my cozy home.
Since birth, you never left me alone.
The sweet queen of my heart.
Whom before now warmly promised to never leave me from the start.
Always fulfilling my needs and desires like food to my fiery soul.
Her swift departure left many feeling like extinguished coal!
Starting as long dark lingering silent grief.
Turned to a bittersweet relief.
Not for us but for you.
More than the reason being we know you loved us endlessly too!
But the fact that the dark silent suffering.
Turned like a colorful butterflies wings fluttering.
You went up up high as the clouds far above!
Back to your mother your first cozy home and true love.
You talked about the cold cavity you couldn't fill down here.
I now know what you meant my dear.
Though I'm not completely like sharp glass and shattered!
My heart surely has some tatters.
I promise to uphold our sacred deal.
Because with a kiss was the seal.
Until we meet again.
My very best friend.
