I AM A GARDEN
Soaking in the golden drops of sunlight,
eager to grow and pop up from under the soil.
The roots of all my emotions twist and extended into one another.
Always growing, constantly changing, forever thankful for the greenery and pops of color that arise within.
Flowers, plants, and herbs face their tops toward the sun, addicted to the feeling of warmth and happiness.
Some green turn grey and some seeds don’t bud, but the bursts of yellow, red, and orange keep me afloat as the sun's golden drops heal me.
