Like rain falling from the sky
A child cries out in pain.
For the world sees him as a foe.
Cold and alone the child cries out in pain.
Will no one give him a helping hand?
Will no one help find comfort for this poor child?
For everyone is to busy to help another person
Let alone a child.
Because of this a child cries out in pain.

Once more this child has nowhere to go.
No place to call home he lives where ever he can.
Sometimes in the streets, others the dumpsters.
His belly has been empty too many times.
His eyes have seen too much for his short life.
If only some one would help him.
He cries out in pain hoping some one will hear him,
But they never do.
Time and time again he cries, waiting for someone to
Hear him, but they never listen with their hearts.
Because of this a child cries out in pain.

Value of his life seems to be slipping away from him,
Every second of the day.
He knows that his chances of finding that one thing is not very
Likely.
However it only takes one person to make a difference.
That one person could be this young child’s hero.
It’s just a matter if you’re going to take the time to.
You could be the one person to help him find that one thing
He needs most now.
All you have to do is take him by the hand a show him the way home.
Because of this a child cries out in exhilaration.

Everyone should have stopped and helped this poor child.
But no one did.
It was just you, and for that he is grateful for.
He has now become part of you.
Like father like son I suppose.
But the thing that surprise you the most is what he was looking for.
It was so simple yet no one could give it to him
The way you can.
You have taken him home and made him a part of something.
Teach him how to live life to its full value.
Teach him how to dream big.
Teach him how to trust you and others as well.
But the most important thing of all.
Give him what he always wanted.
Love.
