The War Inside Me
I'm calling for you, buried under
 my silk dirt. Children screaming,
mothers crying. I miss caressing your body in my hands, now all I
have to touch is the blood on
her eyes. I'm just sliding down
my black pit. My own hell is
 consuming my mind. My veins
 pulsing, heart racing. Everything's
 broken, repalying its deadly music
on my fingers. It's like a record
in a lonely house. The gun shots
one by one. My brothers are here
holding me down from my own
fate. Let me die, let me see her
 face flash through my eyes.
