Hold Me Together
The earth is spinning
But I am in my own world.
 My world spins too, but…
 It’s more of a spiraling.
 Twisting.
 Breaking.
 Crumbling.
 My world is falling apart.
 I have some tape,
But it’s only a temporary fix.
I need someone to stitch my world together again,
To glue it back into one piece.
 To hold it together,
 Or to just hold me.
 Because as each piece falls,
 A part of me dies.
A lot of my world is falling
 And I am dying.
 Slowly spiraling.
 Twisting.
 Breaking.
 Crumbling.
Until none of me is left.
So please, just try to hold me up
Because I’m not ready to fall.
