I loved who I was when you loved me
but you told me you got sick of my cynicism
and that I prioritized my other friends over you
and the reason I pulled away and broke down and lost you was because you were scared I would have made those small reasons I'd have wanted to fix into an argument
and you told me you reached a point where you just stopped caring
stopped caring about me at all...
here we stand
at these crossroads
no one tells you how to leave a friend
