Allie
I saw you wish opon a star
Hoping your dream wasn't far
Knowing its in God's hands
I fully understand
You're a musician with a broken string
And suddenly its effecting the way you sing
I'll always be there with a spare
Because I really do care
A bead of sweat rolls down your face
But you know you've got to finish the race
I'll run beside you the whole way
Telling you, persuading you it will be okay
You're a toddler taking your first step
Please dont lose your pep
I'll always be there to catch you when you fall
Even in the down fall
I guess what i am trying to say
Is I'll always be there in your darkest day
To let you know you always have me
I pray thats one thing you can see
I know your dream is a big part of your life
Dont let people cause you strife
Dont forget to look before you go
Take it from someone who knows
Dont let things get in the way of your dreams
Dont ever lose steam
But if they ever do
Know this, I am here for you
When it seems you've taken the wrong route
And you dont have a parachute
You can always use mine
I will never decline
I am so glad your wish came true
I always believed in you
But i would have loved you either way
And it will always stay that way
