Daydreaming MAG
The metal Jesus can't even look me in the eye
Plastic neon stars seem to be all falling onto me
A million wishes yet my mouth is clamped shut
Or am I falling into the stars to drown slowly in the darkness?
The music takes me away to smoggy settings a poisonous beach
The waves tickling and stinging
My feet yet I walk into it anyway
Let the force ride above my head and sling my hair back
with the turtles' polluted tears
My heart cries my eyes cannot permit the same image
I've run out of the salty water even though winter hasn't thawed out yet
Or has it?
