Wouldn't it be wonderful
To once again believe
The impossible?
To believe in fairies
And magic
Pixie dust
And
Talking animals?
To once again depend
On
The imagination
That shaped your world?
To run free
And carelessly
No worries
Holding
You back?
Wouldn't it be wonderful
To once again believe
The impossible?

The author's comments:
I know this poem is simple, but it's suppossed to be. We all at a certain point in our lives long to go back to that time when life was whatever we wanted it to be. A time when our greatest worry was the "monster in our closet." This poem is not meant to impress or convey some huge emotion. It's meant to be a reminder of childhood and all its beauties.

I think that it would be refreshing to have a like world made out of imagining. You've got a real open mind..use it well. :)
