Exodus Anew MAG
There's a bird outside my window
She only sleeps atnight
Helpless rodent cries for life
She'll sing until it dies.
A songof lovers, torn and bored,
A song of discontent,
A song to hallow desolateheads,
the songs of my lament.
She moves my pen and moves my mind and allof the things i say
Always right and oh so loud, soon she'll flyaway.
And in her wake the earth displaced
To this dry, this new, thisMartian place,
To a world anew in vestigial grace
And in her wake i ownthis place
Absolute in stoic disposition.
