Friendship gone
When you used to walk my way
I couldn’t help but smile
But now that you are gone
I haven’t done that in a while
My dear friend I miss you terribly
Now that you have left me here
All alone on my own
My world has disappeared
The people I used to call friends are
Now my enemies
The people I used to love
Have betrayed me
But one thing I don’t understand
Is how this whole problem was
Over a man
You wouldn’t back down
And neither would I
Here I am now beginning
To cry
We were childish
Immature girls
Just trying to find someone
To love in this world
People are harsh
I guess I may have been too
But was our friendship
Something you would have eventually thrown
Away too?
