A dying mothers sonnet
Tonight is my last, my last breath to take. I have been strong, my life has been long. For everyone thinks that i will wake. When i'm gone you can sing a happy song, for i have loved and been loved all my life. So my job is done i can go in peace. They said i've been a good mother and wife. No longer am i a soul on a leash. My tme now has gone away, but in your hearts is where i'll stay.
