two hands
perfectly intertwined
forever together
by our sides
one darker
from the sun
mine on top
I know you're the one
my dad speaks up now
way too fast
he doesn't want us,
this thing, to last
he takes you away
the only one
my bright light
my forever sun
now I'm alone
we are no more
the perfect hands,
never together
my life is still
